Chinese Acupuncture and Reflexology-

Chinese
Acupuncture-
Dr Tadeusz Werra holding doctorate of oriental medicine, he has been practising for over 8 years. Chinese acupuncture is a traditional Chinese practice that involves inserting thin needles into specific points of the body. These points are believed to be connected by pathways that create a flow of energy called Qi. By simulating these points with needles, acupuncture aims to restore balance and promotes the body's natural healing process. It's used to alleviate pain, reduce stress, and treat a variety of health conditions. Teddy holds his clinic at the salon every Wednesday.

Jacqui has held her qualification of being a reflexologist for 29 years. Reflexology is a type of massage therapy to specific points on the feet, hands or ears. These points correspond to different organs and systems in the body. By stimulating these points, reflexology aims to promote relaxation, feel more energised, provide pain and stress relief, improve circulation and support overall well-being. It's a holistic practice that focuses on the idea that these areas reflect the body as a whole. Jacqui holds her clinic at the salon every Saturday.
